The images below form part of my contribution to the Royal Photographic book, "Visualising the Peri-Urban Interface"   My contribution was “Soil to Table”  focusing on the pockets of rural spaces within the urban environment; community gardens, allotment spaces and a food bank, who donate food and cook to feed the community.  These spaces offer so much more than food though, and aid well being by; enabling people to connect with each other, be physically active, learn new skills, give to others and enjoy the present moments.
